The technology of work of painting of facades:
1. Preparation. Depending on the facade state, on requirements of the Customer, on architectural inspection of experts, the cleaning of a facade from unstable plaster is realized through the following ways:
- Hydro spray cleaning with water - sparing, done under non-high pressure, with addition of alkaline detergents -- for the facades coated with ceramic tiles;
- Hydro spray cleaning with water - aggressive, under maximum pressure, done for pointing of the on-facade cracks present, for withdrawing of weak paint, removal of non-qualitative mount and surface degreasing;
- Cleaning by usage of the chemical washing-off or without it (for the moulded decor, sculpture).
2. Plastering. The necessary plastering work is done with the mixtures agreed on with the experts of "SpetsprojectNIIrestavracia". The plaster is kept for a particular time in the open air in order to assure for the process of carbonization. The sectors containing new plaster (if it has high alkaline content) are processed with a special solution for the purposes to not leave defects on the surface painted. The sectors damaged with green alga are processed with a special mixture to remove the alga.
 3. Preparation for painting. Highly absorbing mineral bases are imbued with highly penetrating primer for strengthening. Depending on the base's condition and the Customer's possibilities one may select a primer of appropriate quality and price. In order to locally redress the base one may use a redressing spackling mass. For padding of the earlier painted surfaces, of the filling surfaces or weakly-absorbing bases, adhesive pigment priming paints with quarts are used. They insure ideal adhesion of the successive paint coating for the base due to their specific properties.
4. Painting. As a paint, materials with various chemical base and stuff are used (for resolution of both the technical tasks and pleasant perception set up):
- Water-dispersive on the polyacrylate and acrycate cohesive - for painting of yards, respectable and complex facades. They have a high-degree water-repellent effect and are resistent to internal pressures.
- Water-dispersive on the base of silicon emulsion. They possess the properties of hydrophoby and steam permeability. They are for the plasters rich in lime used in work with the complex, from the point of view of geometry, facades and cracked surfaces as well as for set up of the textured surfaces. They paint the moulded decor well. They are distinguished for a long life and high frost- and light-resistance.
- Water-dispersive one-component on the basis of silicon cohesive. They possess the highest steam permeability and appropriate hydrophoby. They go for plasters rich in lime; for the facades with thick walls; for the "Old fund"; for the buildings-monuments. This is the paint with the longest life, the one that is most appropriate for provision of good micro-climate and optical perception.
